布袋除尘器浅析一般空气是不含酸成分的。含湿量不变的情况下,在不同湿度时,出现的相对湿度大小有很大差别;在空气温度不变情况下,湿度增加,相对湿度亦增加。

常温下;干粉料破碎、筛分、加工及转运过程中进行喷水打湿物料时,因为空气相对湿度很低,即使粉料含湿量较大,粉尘内的含湿量亦会白然蒸发移入空气内,使粉尘表面上的湿度降低一些,从些也就避免了粘附滤袭的可能。由于粉尘悬浮在空气中,或附在滤袋表面上,处在流动空气包围的情况下,接触空气的面积很大,所以水分自然蒸发移人空气的过程很迅速地进行。由此可见,物体的含湿最不超过允许范围,即不出现明显浸湿物料达到粘结的程度,就可以采用布袋除尘器。一般来说,灰尘的含湿量如已达到粘附滤袋的含湿量时,就不会起灰了,除尘也就没有必要。物料含湿量因物料种类、粒度不同,含湿量在3-30%范围内是不扬尘的。含湿量和气象条件、环境温度的关系很大,因为含尘气体为空:晴天、冬季含量小;雨天、夏季含湿量较大。

It can be seen that the moisture content of the object does not exceed the allowable range, that is, there is no obvious degree of bonding of the wetted material, so the bag filter can be used. Generally speaking, if the moisture content of the dust has reached the moisture content of the adhesive filter bag, it will not dust, and there is no need to dust. The moisture content of materials is not fugitive dust in the range of 3-30% due to different types and sizes of materials. The moisture content is closely related to meteorological conditions and environmental temperature, because the dust gas is empty: the content is small in sunny days and winter; the moisture content is large in rainy days and summer.
