II. Working principle
The gas purification method of the low-pressure pulse bag filter is external filtration type, and the dust containing gas enters each unit filter chamber through the guide pipe. In the design, the vertical distance between the bottom of the filter bag and the upper opening of the air inlet is enough and reasonable for the air flow to pass through the proper guide and natural flow distribution, so as to achieve the uniform air distribution in the whole filter chamber. The particle dust in the dust containing gas falls directly after separation by natural sedimentation In the ash hopper, the rest of the dust enters the filtering area of the middle box with the air flow under the guidance of the diversion system and is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag. The filtered clean gas is discharged through the filter bag through the upper box body and the exhaust pipe.
The filter bag adopts compressed air for dust cleaning, and the dust cleaning mechanism is composed of air bag, injection pipe, electromagnetic pulse control valve, etc. The top of each row of filter bag outlet in the filter chamber is equipped with a jet pipe. The lower side of the jet pipe is directly opposite to the center of the filter bag, and each jet pipe is equipped with a pulse valve which is connected with the compressed air bag. During ash cleaning, the solenoid valve opens the pulse valve, and the compressed air is injected by the dust cleaning control device (differential pressure or timing, manual control) according to the set procedure. The compressed gas enters the filter bag in a very short time and sequence through each pulse valve and the nozzle on the injection pipe to induce the air several times of the injected air volume into the filter bag, forming the air wave, which makes the filter bag produce sharp from the bag mouth to the bottom The expansion and impact vibration of the filter bag will cause a strong dust removal effect and shake off the dust on the filter bag.
